Welcome to ConsultHub Ltd, a specialist consultancy led by Nick Kerr, a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience in civil and concrete engineering. With a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the University of the Sunshine Coast, Nick brings a unique combination of technical expertise and strategic insight. Over the past two decades, he has served as National Compliance Manager and National Product Development & Quality Manager for Hynds Pipe Systems, and has also held senior roles at Holcim NZ, Humes Australia, and Humes Fiji.
Nick continues to consult as the Plant Engineer for Hynds’ batching plants in Pokeno and Christchurch, and now offers his specialised services to concrete producers and businesses throughout New Zealand.

As an experienced Chartered Engineer familiar with the requirements of NZS 3104 and the Concrete NZ Plant Audit Handbook, Nick Kerr is well positioned to assist in conducting audits of ready-mix concrete plants on behalf of Concrete NZ. Our consultancy brings both technical rigour and hands-on understanding to help ensure plants meet and maintain certification standards.
