Meet Nick Kerr

I’m Nick Kerr, founder of ConsultHub Ltd and a New Zealand Chartered Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience in concrete manufacturing, quality assurance, and mix optimisation. My career has included leadership roles at Hynds Pipe Systems, Holcim NZ, Humes Australia, and Humes Fiji. I’ve worked at the coalface of concrete production and compliance and have a long-standing reputation for delivering both technical excellence and practical insight.

Today, I continue to serve as Plant Engineer for Hynds’ Auckland and Christchurch plants while supporting other batching facilities across the country. My focus is to provide flexible, cost-effective, and standards-aligned engineering support that integrates smart automation tools and real-world solutions.

What I Offer

• Oversight of production quality, batching accuracy, and material compliance
